True megabikes that put all others to shame Welcome to BossHossMotorcyleMonthly.com, a publication for the fans and owners of what may be the most exciting motorcycle brand on the planet—the V8 Boss Hoss. Yeah, you read me right, Boss Hoss motorcycles are factory V8 motorcycles, the “smallest” (I can’t bring myself to suggest that “small” has anything to do with this bike.) of which is a 350 inch, cast iron block engine generating 355 horses and 405 foot-pounds of torque. I’ll give you a moment to ponder that…
Lose your breath? Well, Boss Hoss magazine will do just that month to month. It will take your breath away with features and stories about this monster bike that’s been around since 1990. Boss Hoss creator Monte Warne designed his dream to accommodate a V8 that fits in line with the frame, making it a well-balanced machine that makes all others mere pretenders to the megabike crown. To add to the shear thrill of the brand, Warne builds another stable mate that sports a 502 cubic inch engine generating 502 horses and 567 pounds of torque. Another pause…. To add to the regular line of bikes, Boss Hoss’ Super Sport model has a lower seat, shorter wheelbase and increased suspension travel. Two trikes with the same power plants complement the Boss Hoss two-wheel line. (Never thought I’d describe a motorcycle engine as a “power plant.”) For icing on the cake, in January of 2006 Boss Hoss received full vehicle approval from the European Commission, making it the only globally approved V8 motorcycle manufacturer. Interested? How could you not be? Well, keep checking back with us at Boss Hoss Motorcycle Magazine to learn more about this exciting bike in its two- and three-wheel variants. We’ll bring you articles about the bike and articles by owners who must have great stories to tell about riding a bike that has more power than most trucks. We’d like to hear from you, too, if you ride one of these bo-HE-moths. Contact us at
